OUR FIRST CALL

First, we will have a pre-listing phone or video call to discuss your goals and see if we would be a good fit. I will ask you a few questions. The call will typically last 5 minutes. 

Questions include:

-What is your timeline for moving?
-Are you currently renting?
-Do you have a home to sell?
-Are you pre-qualified for a mortgage?
-What is your budget?
-Have you bought a home before?

At the end, we will schedule a face-to-face meeting, which can be at a coffee shop, at your home, or over video if you live out of the area.

I will assign a questionnaire for each purchaser to fill out. This is critical to complete before our first meeting. It is a fun exercise that helps us determine buyers’ wants and needs.

After you are pre-qualified and have completed the questionnaire, we will meet FACE TO FACE.
