YOUR OFFER GETS ACCEPTED

This is an exciting milestone, but much work is left to be done. The Escrow and Due Diligence period now begins. Many things will happen at once.

-You will need to deposit Earnest Money into the Escrow Company 
-We will order home inspections
-A Title search will begin 
-We will review the Seller’s Discourse

Deadline for Buyer to deposit Earnest Money

Upon mutual offer acceptance, you will have 3 Business days (this is the default—we can discuss changing it if your needs require it) to deposit earnest money into the escrow account. This is typically 1-3% of the asking price.
