Timeline: Next business day after accepted offer for ten business days (default – every offer can be different)

During this window, you will typically bring in an inspector to spend approximately 2-3 hours crawling through your house to inspect its condition. 

In this window, we can negotiate based on what we find with our inspection.

The transaction will move forward when we agree on the price and terms.
