THE PATHWAY TO BUYING

CLOSING

The Title and Escrow company will coordinate the final buyer and seller signatures approximately three business days before closing. On the day of closing, The Title company will wire money from the buyer and the buyer’s Lender (as appropriate), clear all liens against the property, wire net profits as applicable to the seller, and record the transaction at the local County. Typically, at 5 pm on the day of closing, ownership is transferred, and the seller’s agent will transfer the keys to the buyer’s agent, who will transfer the keys to you at that time.
