First, we will have a pre-listing phone or video call to discuss your goals and see if we would be a good fit. I will ask you a few questions, typically lasting 5 minutes. At the end, we will schedule a time for me to come to your home. 

Questions include:

-What is your timeline for moving?
-What do you think your home is worth?
-What upgrades have you done to your home since you bought it?
-What is the condition of your home?
-How much do you owe on your home?

Before I meet with you, I will conduct a complete Comparative Market Analysis to accompany my marketing plan.
