Why drone shots? (click for answer)

Although drone shots can be used poorly (showing you a view you’ll never get to personally see), they can be great for capturing the design of the building better and showcasing its features. They can also showcase a neighborhood highlight, like the proximity to a highly desirable park.

Why do I recommend 3D tours? (click for answer)

A large percentage of potential buyers are buying from out of the area. We want to ensure your home is marketed well to those buyers.
