When we receive offers, I will present them to you and provide my professional opinion of each. If multiple offers are received, I will give you a clear list of how they differ.

After you accept an offer, the buyers will deposit their earnest money into an escrow account at the Title company. This can vary, but 1-3% of the purchase price is typical.
